We want to thank you and compliment you on the wonderful job you did for us! We have a 40 year old 3 bedroom condo unit on Longboat Key. The unit has what many consider to be the best view of the Gulf in the complex, but the interior needed to be totally redone.

You came in and removed all the drywall, the ceilings, many of the studs and all of the insulation; you redid all of the electrical and plumbing – in short you “gutted” what we had. Then, you rebuilt everything as though it was a brand new unit. And you did a fabulous job! We couldn’t be happier. You were creative, thinking of ideas that hadn’t occurred to us – you essentially changed the footprint of the unit in ways we never imagined. You came up with materials that are beautiful that we weren’t aware of. The craftsmanship was impeccable.

We’ve remodeled other condos on Longboat Key, built homes in the north with very competent builders, and their workmanship was no better than yours…and probably not as good.

Two things to end our comments: 1) We’ve had friends who are longtime residents of our complex who told us that our unit is more spectacular than any other they’ve seen; 2) We’d recommend, without reservation, EBL to any condo or homeowner who wants an extremely high-quality renovation without conflict, with a high integrity, dependable contractor/decorator. We weren’t disappointed with any aspect of the project and we’re confident they wouldn’t be either. We’d welcome to show our unit to any of your prospects.

My wife and I retained EBL Construction to do a complete build out of our 4th floor condo in the south tower of the Carillon. Over the course of my career I have been involved with millions of dollars of corporate construction. Also my wife and I have had two premium residences built from scratch. Over the course of those projects we have had some bad experiences, some good experiences and only a couple of great experiences. Working with EBL was definitely one of the great experiences. Michael Hawkins and Julio Lopez were a wonderful team to work with. Professionals who communicated very well and delivered excellent results. EBL Partners is the most professional and knowledgeable design/build firm in Southwest Florida. We currently own 3 properties now – all in the Naples area and I cannot imagine myself working with anyone else. We recently purchased a two‐bedroom apartment at the North Tower of the Carillon Hotel complex, 6899 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, Florida. Before moving in, we decided to do some renovations. The contractor receiving the highest recommendation was EBL Construction of Naples and Dania Beach, Florida. We met with them, specifically with Mr. Julio Lopez of that company, and outlined our plans. Julio was quick and exact in his comprehension of our needs and made many useful suggestions that helped implement the final result. Throughout, Julio was courteous, communicated with us on a regular and timely basis, and completed the work without our even being there, sending us pictures from time to time to show the status of completion. We did not use an Owner’s Representative to supervise the work because we had the utmost confidence in Julio and EBL. When the work was done, we came down to Florida to find a beautifully constructed apartment, with all the work completed perfectly to our satisfaction, and at a price we felt was reasonable… We’ve moved into our new home and are thrilled with it. To a large extent, we have Julio and EBL to thank. They did a great job.
